STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP |Alliance Audio Visual has found that through strategic partnerships we are able to provide an increased level of service to our properties and its clients due to our dedicated on-site staff working with the hotel sales and operational teams on a daily basis. We make every effort to contribute in all areas within the hotel ranging from working with the sales department to help secure business, attending site visits for prospective clients, working with the banquets department to facilitate room setups and changes, and ultimately working with clients to find audio visual solutions that meet their needs. We believe that we need to operate as a seamless extension of our hotel partners.
SALES & MARKETING | Alliance Audio Visual will partner with the sales and catering staff to support the sales of AV equipment and services at the hotel. AAV is able to serve in various sales roles depending on the preference and requirements of the hotel. AAV can function as the primary AV sales contact for prospective clients and function as a standalone sales contact for all audio visual equipment and services at the hotel. Transversely, AAV can also work hand-in-hand with the sales and catering staff of the hotel to help determine and sell the audio visual requirements of clients of the hotel to facilitate a “single point of contact” with the hotel. Whether we are asked to be the primary AV sales contact or serve as a complimentary support to the sales and catering staff, AAV will ensure that the needs of the hotel and its clients are met.
MANAGEMENT | Alliance Audio Visual uses a top down approach to management. The Vice President of Operations, Antonio Nuñez, personally oversees all of our in-house operations thus ensuring the quality of service and equipment provided meets the highest standards. Working directly with the hotel staff to handle day to day operations, our on-site Audio Visual Manager will be the primary contact for the hotel and its clients. We also establish a strong team of audio visual technicians, sales staff, and administrative support around our Audio Visual Manager to help facilitate fully supporting the property. What is emphasized among all of our employees is “one word...service.” This is the driving force of the company and the primary reason behind Alliance AV’s growth. No matter what the situation calls for, Alliance AV has a trained professional to fulfill each role.
